  • Good work Samy, but I do have a few things to say in this. First of all sexual desire and gender discrimintion or chauvinism has got nothing to do with each other. According to me, it is not just in a way the kids are brought up it is also in a way they r treated in the society, and moreover its all ur mental make up which determines a lot of things. i do agree that schooling and these days media has got a huge impact on the kids thoughts but ennaya poruthu varaikum friends circle has also got a great part in this. and as far as girls are concerned, i wld say its only bcos of guys they r made to feel that they r too special or they r from heaven and all that, enna when a guy goes and talks to a girl, immediately they r made fun of and the next thing is the girl is being treated like a big person and so it automatically makes her shoot up and think she is someone quiet unique and all that.
as far as i think and i know, everything in this world is wat u make out of it or wat u contribute to make it, so its all the mental makeup which matters.

  • in response to it,its true that sila ponnugalukku avanga specialnu modhalla irundhe oru nanappu irukkum, avanga thirupparadhum, pesaradhum ellame theriyum.i dont like such kids.on the other hand, there are also girls who hate being treated special.like in my class.i am a mech student and we are a very few,so again the discrimination comes first, adha vittu thalunga, the point is,ponnuga speciala illatiyum, pasanga appadi treat panranga, also appidi nalla pesara pasangala, unfortunately they r very few, michavanga odikki vechidaraanga.and more over, hostel life adds fuel to such thoughts.
so basica enna aagudhunna, pesaranvangalukku dhairiyam koranjidudhu.also ippo patha koraikku orkut, cellfone sms ellam irukke,so ippadi gaandu puducha pasanga, girls pathi sms list spread panradhu, mutrilum kevalamana vakiraama budddi ellam enge vandhu engineering collegela sendhudhonu thonum.they will make list of kadalai girls, vethu figure, canteen pick ups etc etc.
it shows immaturity in thoughts and a lot more.
so as u say,it has to be clarified at the root.also the parents happen to be cause for it in many cases.they refuse friendship with boys, they take gossips way too seriously and worst of all, they get driven by prejudice.
so idhu ellam paakambodhu, kooti kazhichchu paatha, ponnugal, pasangal edhilayume differentiate panna pada koodadhu.the parents must be able to tell their kids that pasanga illama ponnugal illai, and vice versa, only on such ways, kids will have mutual respect for each other.
